How do I change my
beneficiaries? |

There are two ways to change
a beneficiary designation:
- Log into your account from this website then select Beneficiary
Information from the Personal Information tab.
- Complete the Beneficiary form, which may be
downloaded from this website (go to the Forms tab) or
call MSRS at 1-800-657-5757, option 3 to request the
form.
